Would you like to make a financial contribution to your community centre and have your donation recognized on our Donor Recognition Sculpture?   Imagine That the 1,000 lb, forged iron sculpture created by John Little of East Dover is showcased in the Prospect Road Community Centre's expansive "main street", where it greets visitors and will commemorates communityownership and generosity for generations to come. This unique art piece presents an opportunity for community members tomake a personal contribution in their own name, on behalf of someoneelse or in memory of a loved one, and to be publically recognized onone of the 200 metal nameplates at the base of the sculpture. FREE Showing - Salmon Wars Documentary at PRCC - Dec 11
  The Atlantic Coalition for Aquaculture Reform invites everyone to a showing of the documentary Salmon Wars, http://www.salmonwars.com/ at the Prospect Road Community Centre at 7:30 on Tuesday, Dec-11. The film was produced by Silver Donald Cameron to document the various impacts that salmon farms can have on coastal communities. This is an important subject, which has had a lot of recent media attention. There is no charge for attendance. The showing takes 70 minutes and will be in the conference room.
