Traffic Advisory – Coburg Road – Water Lateral Replacement

(May 24, 2024) From 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 26, crews will be performing a water lateral replacement near 6085 Coburg Road, Halifax. This work is part of Halifax Water’s Lead Service Line Replacement Program.

This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.

There will stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks within the work zone will be closed.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
