At 3:45 pm Wednesday afternoon a 15 year old male student was walking home from school along a path off of Thomas Raddall Drive in Halifax.
He was approached by another 15 year old student who is known to him and assaulted. He was kicked and punched and had his cell phone and hat stolen. The victim was treated at the scene by EHS for minor injuries and did not require hospitalization. The 15 year old male suspect was arrested nearby at 5:25 pm. without incident and held in police custody for morning court. Charges: Robbery and Assault.
