20th Anniversary of celebrating New Year’s Eve in Grand Parade

Friday, December 19, 2013 – Mayor Mike Savage and Halifax Regional Council invite you to join them in Grand Parade on December 31, 2013 to ring in the New Year.

This is the 20th anniversary of New Year’s Festivities in Grand Parade, and the party starts at 9:30 p.m. with a free concert. The event will be broadcast live on CTV Two, starting 10 p.m. A fireworks display will take place at midnight.

The hosts of CTV Morning will emcee the festivities, featuring a diverse range of music, including: David Myles, Willie Stratton and the Boarding Party, Blueberry Grunt, Asia and NuGruv.
