Here is an artist rendering of the two proposed buildings for Gottingen St that will also stretch to Maitland St behind it.

The 11 & 8 story heights refer to the Maitland St side as they will be taller from that perspective as it is lower ground than Gottingen. There is a public meeting to be held in early October to present to local residents and get feedback on design, size, etc.
