25 Minute Bodyweight Workout

Whether you’re on vacation with no gym at your hotel or just short on time and can’t make it to the gym at all, this is a quick bodyweight workout that you can do pretty much anywhere and in about 25 mins.

This workout has 5 sets which are done as 5 tabatas.  A tabata is doing an exercise for 20 seconds and then resting 10 seconds (this is one rep) and repeating for 7 more reps for a total of 8 reps in 4 minutes.  Do each set and rest 1 minute before proceeding to the next.
