Missing Person: Candace Eva Millen
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 41-year-old woman from Dartmouth.
Candace was last seen on June 15 in Dartmouth. She is described as a white woman with long blue hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’3” tall with a thin build.
There is no information to suggest that Candace has met with foul play; however, her family and police are concerned for her well-being. Investigators are asking that Candace or anyone with information on her whereabouts call Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5020.
