At approximately 12:30 am police received a call from a female who had witnessed a male masturbating in public, in the area of Church Street and Morris Street in Halifax. Patrol officers responded while the witness was still on scene. A 27 year old male was arrested and faces charges of an Indecent Act. He will appear in court tomorrow
