38 potential COVID-19 exposures (Dec 13 2021 report)

Updates to a previously issued notifications plus new potential exposures to COVID-19 at location in Central, Northern and Eastern Zones. In addition to media releases, all potential exposure notifications are listed here: http://www.nshealth.ca/covid-exposures.

As Nova Scotia moves into a stage of living with COVID-19 as we go about our daily activities, there will be changes in how Public Health communicates COVID-19 public exposures. We will no longer be issuing exposures based on the risk levels of low, moderate, or high. We will be issuing COVID precaution notifications and COVID exposure notifications, where your self-isolation and testing requirements will be based on your vaccination status. COVID PRECAUTION NOTIFICATION (there has been a potential exposure of minimal risk to the public) If you were present at the following locations, on the named dates and times, or a passenger on the following transit routes, you are required to follow the instructionsin this table for a COVID-19 Precaution Notification based on your vaccination status. 

  • Quiznos (201 Chain Lake Dr. Unit 1, Halifax) on Dec. 4 between 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.

 

  • Moxie’s Grill & Bar (1610 Argyle St., Halifax) on Dec. 4 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.

 

  • Scotiabank Centre – Thunderbirds game – Section 13, Row S seats 11-14 (1800 Argyle St., Halifax) on Dec. 4 between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.

 

  • Sunnyside Too Restaurant (1552 Bedford Hwy., Bedford) on Dec. 4 between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.

 

  • Dairy Queen (188 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax) on Dec. 5 between 12:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.
  • Wired Monk (5147 Morris St., Halifax) on: 

o  Dec. 6 between 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. o  Dec. 7 between 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 21. ·      Cheeky Neighbour Diner (6024 Quinpool Rd., Halifax) onDec. 6 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20. 

  • Montana’s Bayers Lake (196B Chain Lake Dr., Bayers Lake) on Dec. 6 between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20.
  • Caledonia Junior High – basketball game (38 Caledonia Rd., Dartmouth) on Dec. 6 between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20.

 ·      Halifax Transit Route #001 (Spring Garden) which ran from Bridge Terminal to Mumford Terminal on Dec. 6 between 12:24 p.m. and 12:42 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20. ·      Halifax Transit Route #001 (Spring Garden) which ran from Mumford Terminal to Bridge Terminal on Dec. 6 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:20 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20. ·      Just Spring Roll (5657 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22. 

  • Lee Valley (150 Susie Lake Crescent, Unit 1, Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 3 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.
  • Canadian Tire (194 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 3:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.
  • The Pint (1575 Argyle St., Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.

 

  • Walmart (220 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.
  • Nine Locks Taproom (5686 Spring Garden Rd, Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.

 ·      Mary’s Place Café II (5982 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax) on Dec. 8 between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22. ·      Kai Brady’s (5679 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax) onDec. 8 between 9:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. (Dec. 9). It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 23. 

  • Halifax Transit Route #001 (Spring Garden) which ran from Bridge Terminal to Mumford Terminal on Dec. 8 between:
  • 4:30 p.m. and 4:50 p.m.
  • 5:50 p.m. and 6 p.m.

(2220 Gottingen St. Halifax) onDec. 10 between 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 24. ·      The Resolutes Club (5461 Inglis St., Halifax) on Dec. 10 between 10 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. (Dec. 11) It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 25. ·      Gabrieau’s Bistro (350 Main St., Antigonish) onDec. 3 between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 17. ·      Tim Horton’s (34 Main St., Antigonish) onDec. 4 between 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18. ·      Little Christo’s (332 Main St., Antigonish) onDec. 4 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18. 

  • Spindrift Oak Manor (271 Main St., Antigonish) on Dec. 4 between 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named dates may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.
  • *UPDATE: Pizza Delight (348 Main St., Antigonish) on Dec. 4 between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.
  • Dooly’s Antigonish (26 College St., Antigonish) on Dec. 5 between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.
  • Superstore Antigonish (26 Market St., Antigonish) on Dec. 7 between 3:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 21.

COVID EXPOSURE NOTIFICATION (the public has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19)If you were present at the following locations on the named dates and times, or a passenger on the following transit routes, you are required tofollow the instructions in this table for a COVID-19 Exposure Notification based on your vaccination status.

  • *UPDATE: Maritime Bus – from Antigonish to Dartmouth Bus Terminal on Dec. 5 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (bus departed Antigonish at 11:30 a.m.). It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.

 

  • Main Street Café – Maritime Inn Antigonish (158 Main St., Antigonish) on Dec. 5 between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named dates may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 19.

 

 

  • OnSide Performance Centre (114 Chain Lake Dr., Halifax) on Dec. 4 between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 18.

 

 

  • *UPDATE: Lower Deck Bar (1887 Upper Water St., Halifax) on Dec. 5 between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. (Dec. 6). It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 20.

 

  • Sensea Nordic Spa (40 Sensea Rd., Chester) on Dec. 8 between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.

 

  • YMCA Pictou County (2756 Westville Rd., New Glasgow) on Dec. 8 between 9:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, Dec. 22.
