Min 4 players per team,
Max 7 players per team, including Goalie
Divisions: Grade 2-3, Grade 4-5,
Male, Female and Co-ed Teams welcome. Females must feel comfortable playing amongst males as co-ed teams will be playing in the same division as all male teams.

Drop off completed registration forms in envelope including payment to Frontdesk, Attention : Jessica
Please Note : Each team must have one responsible parent and team captain.
