5268 Sackville St, Development Rumor for 11 Story Commercial/Residential.
In the building that is home to Night Magic Fashions and formerly Strange Adventures & Taz Records was rumored to be up for redevelopment. There has been an early artist rendering released of what the 11 story building could look like. It appears they will be keeping the historical facade in tact and having the tower set back from the street.
