In the spring there was a 6-storey mixed-use building proposed for corner of Dutch Village Rd./ Joe Howe Dr. & Westerwald Street by developer W.M. Fares. The proposal includes 25 underground parking spaces, 41 units and 8,000 sq.ft of commercial space on the ground level. The development application is currently being review by city staff. W.M. Fares has recently updated their website and a new rendering for the project is now available.
