Dear Friends,

Today I met a good friend in town while doing last-minute Christmas shopping.

Tonight I blew the roof off the German church singing O Holy Night.

Afterward Adam and I enjoyed a four-course dinner provided for almost free at my new favorite cafe.

We have a mini solstice tree…

with a pot that lights up.  Cool.

I just poured myself a glass of freshly made sorrel.

And the cat is purring in my lap.

I’ll stop bah-humbugging now.
