The Young/Bayers and Windsor development proposal has been submitted along with some preliminary renderings. W.M. Fares is proposing to build a 21 storey residential, 16 storey mixed-use and a 3-5 floor commercial building at the corner of Young/Bayers and Windsor St. This lot is currently vacant and has been for a very long time. These renderings are only supposed to give perspective on building mass and they are not what the buildings will look like.
