Eskasoni RCMP, assisted by the Northeast Nova Major Crimes unit, have charged a local man following the death of a 36-year-old Eskasoni man yesterday morning.

Albert Michael Bernard, 36, from Eskasoni has been charged with Second Degree Murder. He remains in custody and will be appearing in Sydney Provincial Court on Monday July 6, 2015. The investigation is continuing.
