Monday, October 3, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that stop-and-go traffic continues be in place on Herring Cove Road between Sarah Drive and Hebridean Drive each day this week, continuing through to Friday, October 7. Work takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
