Lyndon Hibbert, owner of Caribbean Twist Restaurant in Halifax's Hydrostone area talks to us about a letter he recently recieved from the city ordering his establishment be shut down by July 31st, 2010.  After a year in business, Lyndon and his patrons are left with many questions as the business that previously occupied his location was also an eating establishment.
