NSHA seeking public’s assistance in locating missing patient

Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a patient who has not returned to a hospital within Halifax Regional Municipality.

A photo of the missing patient, Karen Murphy, is attached. She is described as:

  • Caucasian Female, slender build
  • Height: 163 cm; Weight: 45 kg
  • Light brown, shoulder length hair with some grey
  • Last wearing a pink ¾ length sweater, blue jeans, black & white sneakers, eyeglasses and a purse.

The risk to her wellbeing is in relation to the length of time away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
