At 9:15 a.m. this morning, Windsor District RCMP responded to a fatal ATV crash off the New Cheverie Rd. in​ Riverside.

Preliminary investigation revealed the lone rider of the ATV overturned the vehicle and was trapped underneath. The victim, a 60-year-old man from Hants County, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

There were no other vehicles or persons involved.

The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
