Hazard identified: The wires of the recalled lamps can overheat, posing a burn and fire hazard. As of April 5, 2019, the company has received 1 report of the product catching fire in Canada. No injuries were reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or equivalent replacement.
