A man and woman were charged this morning after being observed smoking in their vehicle with a child present.
Officers stopped the vehicle just before 9 a.m. in the 2400 block of Robie Street after observing two adults smoking with an eight-year-old boy in the car. The man and woman, aged 39 and 30 respectively, were each issued a ticket under the Smoke Free Places Act.
