Traffic Advisory – Dawson Street – Water Valve Replacement

(October 3, 2024) Until approximately 5:00 PM today, Halifax Water crews will be on-site performing a water valve replacement near 22 Dawson Street, Dartmouth. Impacted water service customers were notified in advance of this work.

There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks will remain open.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
