Water Service Advisory – Southwood Drive – Emergency Water Shut-Off  

(October 10, 2024) Due to third party construction work, Halifax Water crews have temporarily shut off water service on Southwood Drive, Halifax. No estimate of service restoration time. 

Customers in the area may experience discoloured water during/following this repair. It is recommended that those customers run the COLD water at one faucet until the water runs clear. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
