Traffic Advisory – Herring Cove Road – Reinstatement Work
(October 17, 2024) Until approximately 9:00 PM today, Atlantic Road Construction and Paving on behalf of Halifax Water will be undertaking street reinstatement work near 279 Herring Cove Road, Halifax. There will be lane drops in both directions with two-way traffic maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
To ensure the safety of our communities and our staff, please maintain a safe distance when Halifax Water staff or contractors are working in your area.
