Missing: 79-year-old Bernard “Bernie” Wilfred Purvis

RCMP release:

Pictou County District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Bernard “Bernie” Wilfred Purvis. He was last seen on January 10 at 2:10 p.m. in Durham.

Purvis is described as 5-foot-8, 200 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. He may be wearing black jeans and ankle-length winter boots, and he is driving a white Volkswagen Tiguan with Nova Scotia licence plate FZW676.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and for those who know them. We ask that people spread the word respectfully.
