4:44 AM AST Sunday 1 February 2026

Snow and strong winds are expected this evening and overnight.

Potential snowfall: 10 to 15 cm

Potential wind gusts: north to northeasterly 60 to 80 km/h.

Time span: beginning this evening and ending Monday morning.

Impacts: Travel conditions will gradually deteriorate this evening due to accumulating snow, strengthening winds and blowing snow.

Remarks: Recent computer guidance has trended eastward and snowfall warning criteria is not expected but significant snowfall is still likely. The snow will be accompanied by reduced visibility in blowing snow over exposed areas.
