All Downtown roads reopened after Downtown Halifax bomb threat (Posted 1:10pm)

Update: ALL ROADS REOPENED. Police have confirmed there is no ongoing threat in downtown Halifax. All roads have been reopened. Businesses may reopen as well. A small police presence will remain in the Purdy’s Wharf parkade.
