HRP release:

On August 29 at approximately 4:40 p.m., police received a report of an indecent act that occurred at McDonald’s, located at 393 Pleasant Street in Dartmouth.

It was reported that a man in a convertible vehicle ordered food at the drive thru. When the man drove to the window to pay for his order, staff observed he was not wearing pants and his genitals were completely exposed. The man picked up his order at the next window and drove away. Officers located and arrested the suspect without incident at a residence in Eastern Passage.

A 53-year-old man is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth provincial court at a later date to face a charge of an indecent act.
