Suspect in 9 downtown Dartmouth business break-ins arrested

HRP release:

Between August 26 and September 12, police responded to nine reports of break and enters at businesses in downtown Dartmouth.

A suspect was identified and on September 13 at approximately 9:10 p.m., he was arrested without incident.

Mark Graves, 43, is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth provincial court today to face charges of:

  • Break and enter and (x3)
  • Mischief
  • Breach of probation order (x3)

The investigations are ongoing and additional charges are anticipated.
