Two men charged after break and enter at Chain Lake Drive business
Two men have been charged following an early morning break and enter at a Halifax distribution business over the weekend.
Halifax Regional Police received a report of a break and enter in progress at Bayside Distribution, at 115 Chain Lake Drive, at approximately 4:15 a.m. on September 6.
Police were told two men had entered the business through a fence and were attempting to get into shipping containers on the property.
Both men were arrested at the scene without incident.
The two, aged 34 and 40, each face one count of break and enter and one count of mischief. Both are scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date.

On September 6 at approximately 4:15 a.m., police received a report of a break and enter in progress at Bayside Distribution, located at 115 Chain Lake Drive in Halifax. It was reported that two men entered the business through a fence and were attempting to get into shipping containers. Both suspects were arrested on scene without incident.
The two men, ages 34 and 40, are both scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date to face one count each of break and enter and mischief.
