Release:
A Halifax man faces charges as a result of an investigation conducted
by members of the HRP/RCMP Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit
(ICE).
Officers assigned to the ICE Unit, assisted by officers from the
HRP/RCMP Integrated Vice Unit, executed a search warrant this morning at
6:13 a.m. at a residence on Raleigh Court in Halifax. A man was arrested
at the scene without incident. The subsequent search resulted in the
seizure of computer equipment.

Forty-four-year-old Adriano Gerald Benigno of Halifax faces charges of
accessing, possessing and making available child pornography, and is
scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court April 26.
