One man is in custody after a shooting in the Waverley area.
From HRPD:
At 6 43 pm Halifax Regional Police responded to calls of shots being fired at a house in the 700 block of the Waverley Road. At least two shots were fired at the house. There were several residents at home at the time , no one was injured.
A vehicle was observed fleeing the scene and was located a short distance away in the parking lot of a business complex on the Waverley Rd. From the vehicle a male has been taken into police custody and a firearm was also located in the vehicle.
