It’s not surprising that I learn about the majority of brands you’ll find in my house via social media whether it’s on a blog, a website or something that popped up in my twitter or facebook feed.  Green Beaver was a brand I didn’t know about until I saw it around the blogosphere and it’s because lots of moms {including me now!} are really enjoying this wholesome, natural, safe line for the entire family. I use their Gluten Free Lip Balm but I’m really eager to try their Mint Lip Shimmers which happen to be just $5.99!

Green Beaver’s entire collection is vegan, gluten free and certified organic by EcoCert, the European Standard for Cosmetics. Until recently, this Canadian line has only been available in Canada, but they have partnered with Flora Health, Inc. and Green Beaver is also now available at health food stores across the United States.

The Green Beaver Junior line is formulated with the mildest plant-based cleansers including canadian organic raspberry and cranberry emollients that moisturize skin and hair. It’s all tear-free, rinses easily, non-drying, certified organic, nut-free, gluten free, vegan, biodegradable!

Since it’s for little people, the packaging is perfect – bright, cheery and complete with a funny little beaver that your kids will actually reach for! I find with my 3 year old, he’s extra interested in normal everyday items if they’re “special” and just for him. It’d be a cinch getting him to remember to wash his hands with their natural foaming hand soap.

Safe bubble bath is something that a lot of parents have a hard time finding. Green Beaver makes a chemical free alternative that is non-irritating, long lasting, and again, tear-free and non-drying. And it comes in a yummy boreal berries scent!
