It’s been a while since we’ve seen fuel prices dip below the $0.90 mark. Haligonians awoke this morning to yet another decrease in gas prices this morning, a sign that the downturn has really began to influence even big-oil’s expectations of consumer spending at this time.

“Another new survey from the Canadian Federation of Independent Business suggests confidence levels among business owners are the lowest they’ve been since the early 90s, and 29 per cent are having trouble getting financing.”
