The National Film Board historic building on Barrington St that has been vacant for years has been approved to be redeveloped.

The existing facade will be kept and an additional story will be added to make this 5 stories total. It will be mostly used for residential but with a commercial space on ground level. Work can begin at anytime. #Halifax
