Scotia Tower & Plaza Tower, Facade renovation proposal, Brunswick Street.
The managers of the 3 apartment towers on Brunswick St (between Cogswell and Duke) have decided to do a major renovation that include removing the concrete wall facing Brunswick and building new commercial space for the bottom level of these apartment buildings. With this renovation and the Citadel Hotel redevelopment across the street, the streetscape along Brunswick St will be drastically improved in the next 2 years.
