Sometimes following the plan is so hard and other times its just so easy. Why is that? I’ve rocked the past two days without even a second thought. The Halibloggers Santa Shuffle 5K has got me all excited to start running again once the cold is gone and I’m feeling the autumn fruits and veggies.
Not much else is new with me… I’m in love with the show Eastwick and have caught up on all episodes.
I need a new book to read, any suggestions?
That’s really it. I’m boring but somehow my health/fitness focus seems to be much better when I have no plans. Thinking this a good thing.
PS. I want another G2G like now.
