It looks like Mr.Sub is ready to take a crack at Kaisers. They are setting up shop in the Needs on Beaver Bank Road now and will be slinging sandwiches soon.
They may do allright there, being in an existing space.

Ol’ overpriced Quizno’s down rhe road had to bail and that space now houses The Battered Fish so it was a great tradeoff for us! I still miss Captain Sub!
I’ll update this when I find out an opening date.
