Indian Brook RCMP are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred early this morning in Indian Brook.

At approximately 1:00 a.m., Indian Brook RCMP responded to a stabbing incident that occurred on Eagles Nest Road, Indian Brook.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a 33 year-old Indian Brook man was stabbed at a residence and then transported to Colchester Hospital where he remains with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing with Indian Brook RCMP and the North East Nova Major Crime Unit.
