Updated artist rendering for the Margaretta Sister site that borders Clyde/Dresden/Birmingham in Downtown Halifax. This is the 2nd of two parking lots on Clyde St that is getting redeveloped by WM Fares. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2015 when the Mary Ann development on Clyde/Queen is near completion.
