Crews started mounting floral "Bedford" banners yesterday along the Bedford Highway. The banners will be on every second black lamp post from Hammonds Plains Road to the Dartmouth Road, on the Basin side! "No middle of the night watering is required," states Councillor Tim Outhit, "and the brackets can be used for other seasonal decorations!"
