Bedford residents – Good news for 4 areas of Bedford this week:

Crosswalk and crossing guard approved for Southgate Drive.

Turning lane from Hammonds Plains Rpad to Lewis Drive (Peerless Subdivision) construction is underway.

Douglas Drive will be re-paved and finally receive a sidewalk!

Fence repairs and the re-painting of the fences and bridge rails along the Bedford Higway will begin shortly, and funded by my district capital.

The flooding on Birch last weekend was not good news, but garbage clean-ups are be undertaken and supervised by HRM Bylaw Enforcement.
