A man faces charges in connection with a robbery that took place in Dartmouth

At  9:11 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a report of a robbery at the Nantucket Bus Terminal in Dartmouth.

A man approached a man and woman, requested money and when they refused he produced a knife and threatened to take it.

No one was hurt and no money was obtained. Police were in the area and were able to locate and arrest the suspect at the bus terminal. A knife was also seized.

A 23-year-old man will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court tomorrow to face two charges of attempted robbery and one charge of possession of a weapon.
