A message from Tim Outhit on temporary skate park

Hello BSPAT members and supporters. I am working with HRM staff and Mark Ward to get a temporary facility open in Bedford in time for this summer.

We are looking at two possible locations. The first is in the old tennis court at the Bedford Yacht Club. The second option would be in a corner of the Lebrun Centre parking lot.

Please look at both and let me know what you think?

Secondly, I need your help to get the word out. I would appreciate it if you would not use the tennis court on Spring Street (next to the Teachery / Hospice). It will receive a new coating soon, and skateboards will destroy it. I will help get you a facility, but we have to protect the tennis court.
