Well, the holiday weekend is officially over. I’m getting some breakkie into me and then heading back to work.
I wanted to start off the day with some brain food so I opted for a green smoothie. A small glass for now and a big one to go. This power house has UVAB, spinach, pineapple, strawberries, ice & Lean Whey powder. Delish!
Along with a yummy slice of cinnamon raisin toast smeared with cream cheese.
Mmm, its been forever since I’ve had cinnamon raisin bread. I love it! I should really try making a loaf sometime.
This evening we’ve got a group run – hill training. I’m planning on leaving early to meet up with Melanie to do a loop of the park before we tackle the hills.
