Acting Deputy Ministers Appointed


Acting deputy ministers have been named for Education and Early Childhood Development, Business, and Energy following the retirements of Sandra McKenzie and Murray Coolican.

Karen Gatien, current associate deputy minister will act as deputy minister of Education and Early Childhood Development. Bernie Miller will act as deputy minister of Business, and Simon d’Entremont will act as deputy minister of Energy, in addition to his Seniors portfolio.

Recruitment for permanent deputies is underway. An announcement will be made in the new year once appointments are made.
