Nova Scotia Business Inc. entered into an agreement on March 21, with Bear Head LNG to sell a 72.42 acre parcel of land located at the Point Tupper-Bear Head Industrial Park, Richmond Co.
The agreement for sale of the parcel of land is for the third-party appraised value of $450,000.
Bear Head LNG’s purchase and sale agreement for the land will close April 8, or 10 days after sub-division approval.
The land will become part of Bear Head LNG’s overall land holdings in the area and will facilitate project development for Bear Head LNG’s proposed liquefied natural gas facility.
