Friday, April 15, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that there will be lane closures on Agricola Street and Cunard Street in Halifax this Sunday, April 17, while Nova Scotia Power crews work on the overhead lines.
This work will begin on Agricola Street at 8 a.m. The right-hand lane inbound to the roundabout will be closed and traffic will detour onto Woodill Street. Once the work in that area is complete, crews will move to Cunard Street. The right-hand lane inbound to the roundabout will be closed and traffic will detour onto Maynard Street. This work is expected to wrap up at about 8 p.m. Sunday.
Motorists are advised to follow posted detour signage in the area or find alternative routes for the duration of this work. The municipality and Nova Scotia Power regret any inconvenience this work or the closures may cause.
