Friday, Oct. 23, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and residents that asphalt milling and patching will take place tomorrow (Saturday) on Akerley Boulevard.
Crews will be on site from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and lane closures will be in place on Akerley Blvd from Joseph Zatzman Drive to Mosher Drive while work is underway. Two-way traffic will be maintained on one side of the boulevard at all times. Traffic control personnel will be in place throughout the day.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this street closure and road work may cause.
