Alder Crescent – Street Closures

Friday, June 12, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, June 15, and continuing until 5 p.m. on Friday, August 21, rolling street closures will be required along sections of Alder Crescent and Candlewood Lane in Lower Sackville.

These street closures are required to facilitate the renewal of sanitary main, water main and corresponding underground services along Alder Crescent (Civic 113 to Civic 148).

During the course of this upgrade, many residents along Alder Crescent may be required to access their homes using an alternate route.

Traffic control personnel will be onsite. Motorists should expect delays and take alternate routes, if possible.

Halifax Water and the municipality regret any inconvenience that may be caused by this work.
